Arnica is traditionally used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, joint pain & inflammation. Our topical pain relief oil combines the herbal qualities of arnica and frankincense with cooling menthol and warming cayenne to ease sore muscles and achey joints. DIRECTIONS: Apply by dropper to affected area as needed. External use only. Avoid eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
